Where old stories meet bold silhouettes — Vermeer Reimagined is a one-of-a-kind designer piece crafted from upcycled city banners used in the 'Discover Vermeer’s Delft' campaign. Flowing layers, contrasting textures and a daring split merge heritage with forward-thinking design.

Created for the Vermeer Recycle Project in collaboration with Delft Marketing and photographer Caroline Sikkenk, this look was featured in the exhibition at the Vermeer Center Delft — a celebration of transformation, craft and circular beauty.

Stephanie from Stephastique believes that there is something unique and beautiful about every person. In 2019, she started her own clothing label, a brand that makes funky handmade clothing. Her work is often described as colourful and sometimes alternative.

Fair trade: The clothing is handmade and ethically produced in the Netherlands. Stephanie makes the items herself in her studio. Many clothes are made-to-order, this prevents unnecessary surpluses.

Environmentally Friendly: Stephastique is committed to taking positive action in the fashion industry. They only use sustainable materials, such as upcycled second-hand clothing or GOTS-certified fabric. The shipping materials are made from recycled plastic and the hang tags are made from recycled kraft paper.

Locally produced: The collections are made locally in the Netherlands.
