Aroop India was launched by the wonderful woman Anckita Bhageria in 2019, who strongly believes in giving back to Mother Earth. Aroop India stands for fashion that's rooted, timeless and speaks of quality craftsmanship. Comfortable fabrics, subdued colours with intrinsic silhouettes are the brand's identity. The young brand strives to ensure minimum waste while producing every bit of clothing and upcycle leftover small scraps on books, headbands, quilts or so.
Ethically produced: the items are made to order by the brand's master weaver: Javed Ali, fully employed by Aroop under the best conditions one can hope for. Since the items are made to order, no mass-produced pieces of fashion pilling up in landfills due to overproduction.
