Shop CURMS

CURMS makes bikinis (Happykinis) and accessories (Feel Goodies), designed in the Netherlands and made together with Indonesian family businesses. The items from CURMS are inspired by or made with authentic ikat: a traditional Indonesian way of processing fabrics. A CURMS product is therefore not only a gift for yourself, but you also maintain traditional craftsmanship with it.

Fair trade: The people who make the products receive living wages and work under safe working conditions. Carmen, the founder of CURMS, is in Indonesia during the entire production process to make the products in close collaboration. Sometimes there is time for extra free hours and free lunch, other days they work a little longer, but then she works just as hard as the other people in the workshop. Carmen thinks it is important that everyone in her team can work with love on the CURMS products and is committed to this.

Environmentally friendly: The Happykinis are made from VITA XTRA LIFE LYCRA®, which is a material made from ECONYL®. ECONYL is nylon made from recycled fishing nets left in the sea and other used plastics. With a CURMS bikini or bathingsuit you literally help clean the oceans. CURMS does not use plastic for packaging, but cotton packaging that can be reused. For the Feel Goodies, beautiful Ikats are selected and given a new life (these are also completely vegan).
