Brand: ONE Essentials

ONE Essentials is an underwear brand that wants to re-balance: by designing with purpose, they want to create everyday items that have a positive effect, but a small impact on the environment. In addition, they are committed to ensuring that fewer items of clothing end up in the landfill.

Ethically produced: The underwear is fairly made in Portugal. The production locations are members of SEDEX, GOTS certified and the textile factory is also Bluesign certified.

Eco-friendly: The items are made from recycled cotton and Bluesign approved organic cotton. In addition, ONE Essentials is conducting an LCA (a lifecycle assessment) to better map the impact of their products. At the moment they already have a carbon-free courier for orders within London. Locally produced: The items are made in Portugal, within Europe.

Vegan: The items are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

Good cause: ONE Essentials donates 1% to the OR Foundation. This organization is committed to a justice-led circular economy, under the motto: there is too much clothing, but too little justice.
