[PF74.Wood] Jogger - Graphite Grey

For this jogger, we have used a medium-weight terry knit fabric. It consists of 46% wood fibers and 54% organic cotton. This makes the fabric both breathable and warm, adaptive to the situation that you are in.

Both the waistband and the cuffs at the bottom have been made with natural rubber, which offers unmatched plant-based stretch in the areas that you need. It is also equipped with two pockets, of which one is a hidden pocket with a zipper, so you can securely keep your phone or keys in your pocket while you are moving around.

For the color, we have chosen our Graphite Grey color, which is slightly faded due to the carbon touch finish we have used. This makes the fabric extremely soft on both the inside and outside. To round off the design, we have printed lighter grey versions of both our logo and text, so the item gets a clean, minimalistic look.

Iron Roots is a sportswear brand started by three friends who were annoyed by the large amount of plastic used in the production of sportswear. They couldn't find an alternative on the market and decided that they had to take matters into their own hands. Iron Roots makes sustainable, plastic-free sportswear, made under fair working conditions.

Fair production: All the products from Iron Roots are produced under fair working conditions in Europe. They produce in Portugal and in Greece, in factories that are GOTS certified, ensuring fair and environmentally-friendly production. Their materials come from Turkey, Austria, and Lithuania, where good working conditions are also ensured.

Environmentally friendly: Iron Roots uses hemp from Turkey, which is a sustainable material that grows fast and doesn't need much water. They also use Tencel lyocell and modal from the company LENZING (in Austria), which is made from wood pulp from sustainably managed forests in Europe. Finally, they use GOTS certified organic cotton from Lithuania. Iron Roosts is a completely plastic-free brand. Their packaging is paper-based.

Locally produced:  Iron Roots produced completely in Europe and also sources their materials from Europe.

Vegan: The products from Iron Roots are completely vegan.

Good cause: 20% of the yield of the Sea Shepherd collection is donated to Sea Shepherd to help protect the oceans.
