All standard orders are sent with DHL. A signature is required upon receipt. We recommend using a daytime delivery address,

German VAT will automatically be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries. A signature is required upon receipt.

You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. Your Wellicious product will be dispatched from the UK. You do not need to worry about extra costs of taxes/customs. In case your item is out of stock in the UK, we will get it delivered to us from our main warehouse in Germany first, then delivered to you. This will add some days on your delivery date, but the item will still be dispatched from the UK to you. (we will keep you informed at all times). We also also have a delivery address in the UK for returns/exchange - please see below.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNSWe understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. You can return items to us anytime up to 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. In order for us to process your return, please make sure all item(s) are in the same condition in which you received it/them. This means unused, unworn, and without any marks (i.e. deodorant, food, grease, make-up etc.). Please take care to avoid scenting the garment(s) with perfume, and please also ensure all labels are kept intact.

Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit if they are sent back in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt of order.

Items may be returned not later than 14 days from the day on which you received them. The customer is required to cover the immediate costs for sending back a return package. Sale items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. After that, we will give you a store credit or exchange.

Regrettably, we cannot refund any item until we receive it, or unless you are able to provide us with proof of delivery (for example, a signature of receipt). When you send back your return package, please make sure to send item with "signature required" or use a courier service. If the item is valuable and for peace of mind, you may want to use an insured shipping service similar to the sort we use to send the products to you.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty or we get your order wrong, you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the item(s) back to us. Again, please ensure the item is returned within 14 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you have to notify Wellicious GmbH clearly about your decision to withdraw from the contract via post, fax or e-mail. Please e-mail us to receive a template withdrawal letter: [email protected]

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

We will refund all payments for full-priced items received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. Wellicious' journey started in 2007, long before sustainability was getting the attention it gets now. At a trade fair in Paris Wellicious' founder Heike met a group of passionate people who shared her vision of revolutionizing the fashion industry for the greater good. And so began her mission to build a company that could produce long-lasting and circular yoga products, promoting the reuse and recycling of all materials while eliminating fashion waste and pollution.

Fair & Local Production: All products are made in Europe. Except for the GOTS-certified organic cotton; this comes from Peru. 

Eco-friendly: Wellicious uses Cradle to Cradle Certified® Platinum fabrics, meaning that the end product does not contain harmful toxins or chemicals. You could even decompose the products at home, although the process is quite time-consuming. If you send back your Wellicious products, they can decompose it for you and you'll receive a discount of 10% on your next purchase!

Good Cause: Wellicious reserves a percentage of its revenue to invest in research to decompose the clothes more efficiently.
